These are any additional usage instructions or
limitations for search marketing including rules for broad, exact, phrase or
negative matching. Advertiser may also specify any relevant sections of
Special Terms and Conditions

Publishers are prohibited from using trademark terms of Outspark or Outspark
game names or the trademarks of any other company including, but not limited
to, company names and other trademark game names. Outspark also does not
allow any practice that can reasonably create customer confusion in any way
through use of search ads, landing pages, or other promotional methods.
Incentives of any kind and giveaways are not allowed without express written
